@Magnolia Ducks I had to refrigerate the eggs I was holding back . I can start again tomorrow holding them back. That way we can come see the Muttlings II and bring both hatching eggs and eating eggs .Hershey sure wants to go broody.

Thanks I only need 7 hatching eggs.

On the other hand - that might be a working predator protection: Bobcats wouldn't eat sh*t, would they?

You are what you do. These are the friendliest little guys. I think it makes a big difference if you hatch them. I am not a axe murderer and they seem to like to be petted. They can see into the kitchen, so my husband says we are duck tv.

They all seem to be fertile, Limpy and Erpelchen seem to do a good job…
