Poor Mini. I hope its not too bad. Both her and George have had their flock attacked twice.

Right!? Today I just saved BOTH of my ducks from a hawk!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeek!

I saw the hawk swoop in for Donald, our female and I had a big giant stick and I whacked the hawk with it in the head. The hawk dropped to the ground, and I whacked it about 5 hard times to know it was dead. Then I dropped it in the fire barrel. No injuries on Don Don

Boy that’s awesome the crows came to their rescue. Keep them around for sure.

I need to research this some more. I was very surprised that a flock of crows would chase a hawk like that and then circle over the ducks to keep it away.

I thought crows would eat the ducks! Guess not .

They will eat ducklings but ducks are too big for them. They will chase hawks and eagles as a group kinda like Mockingbirds do to squirrels .

Just continued my day as normal after that, never texted the family Unless one of my family members use BYC, this secret's safe.
