What about the feel of the leg is is stone cold or does it have warmth like blood is flowing?
She has two cold feet and i think it is pretty normal for a duck to have cold feet, isn't it? Last year Limpy's feet felt cold to the touch too. Not stone cold, just normal duck-cold.
 
If worst comes to worst, I have a couple of local duck folks who might want to try to rehab the duckling. PM me if you want me to make some phone calls for you. :(

The funny thing is, there's a »Old Mc Donalds Farm« in Humble, close to Houston where people pay to see farm animals - duck(ling)s included. Most people in the "developed" world have no clue where there food actually comes from!

In the ongoing battle for the spilled duckling drinking water the ducklings scored again: This morning they emptied out a quarter gallon drinking water fountain in under one hour! - Nope, no super drunken ducklings ;), but they were using their little webbed feet to shovel the water out of the waterer into the flimsy white $store plastic bin.

But the humon fought back, using the bottom of a flimsy white $store bin to create a »No duckling foot goes in here«:

The Orange Juice Bottle Scoop
This morning i had to remove a lot of the wet and poopy bedding from the little ducklings brooder and realized "Heck! I don't have anything but my hands for that!". Then i spotted an empty ½ Gallon Orange juice bottle in the plastic-trash can. Cleaned it, cut the top third off and used it as a scoop:
