Guess what: They won't sell me a real gun here, i asked @ Rural King, Cabelas and Dick's and they all told me that it is too much paperwork for them 'cause i am "just" a permanent resident and not a citizen.
I realized that pellet guns can be obtained without a license and i thought about buying a fully automatic pellet machine gun. Would something like that teach a 'coon or a fox a lesson?

It might scare them off but I think if you wrap some bacon on the electric fence it would do more than less than lethal pellets

Yeah the raccoon would die from lead poisoning in 2 years from the pellets but i wont kill it instantly. There are some high power neopiston air rifles tho. 1700fps same as .22 LR

Most likely, but hooking up a neon-transformer is indeed a risky thing. Always wear rubber boots and never switch it on when the ground is really wet…
