2019 Spring Ducklings are here!

Sounds like an interesting mix.

Ducks: Fawn & Indian Runners, Magpies that look like black Swedish, Buff Orpingtons with Saxony's mixed in and White Layers.
Drakes: One Buff Orpington and one Fawn & White Runner. All combinations mate, except Runner and Layer. I have no clue what's in those eggs…

The small egg pipped into the fluid and drowned. I put a saftey hole in the pekin and he is still chewing and absorbing the yolk. I have a 2am alarm set to check him. Nobody else has pipped yet. I will peal the pekin out tomorrow but think he has a leg behind his head like the other one. Merde came out ok is a little slow so I have hope for this one.
