I think it depends on how they are all acting. If they seem to have the same energy levels and mobility putting them together would be fine. Otherwise maybe keep them separate for 24 hours to allow the travel chicks to acclimate.My baby chicks are hatching/shipping on the 14th... I was so excited that I incubated some friends and have some babies hatching the same day. I can't wait! It will be exciting to see how the home grown babies develop compared to hatchery chicks, considering the stress and hustle of a multi-state (to VA) trip! I thought I would keep them separate for a few days until the Cackle babies have a chance to recover. Thoughts?
