brown is what I put in the spreadsheet, but I'm sure there's an official color. I wonder if it's partridge?

If anyone can help that'd be great, my silkies are a wide variety of colours but I don't know what any of them are! In case anyone knows, they're quite a deep/dark brown in comparison to another hen which is light brown

Looks right to me! She/he is pretty brightly coloured brown

That's very nice of you. If you want to crop it for @LhickenChicken, you need to crop the original, not the one that was posted in this thread.

Since BYC resizes all images, a cropped version of the one posted in this thread won't be large enough to judge, and since it's already been resized, once cropped, it will probably look a little blurry.

If you want a copy of the original, @LhickenChicken can upload their original to the gallery. Images uploaded to the gallery are not resized, so you could download it, resize it, upload it back to the gallery, and @LhickenChicken could enter that.

Does that make sense?
