I have 23 baby chicks ranging between 4-10 days old. How long before I need to move them to something bigger? Also is this big enough for right now?

I think you should move them as soon as possible. I don't think that is big enough for 23 chicks at that age. Heres an article I wrote that has a TON of ideas for brooder conversions. I think a kiddie pool might be suitable for your setup.

The giant cardboard boxes that stores use to hold watermelons. You can usually get them for free or cheep. Another great option.

Thanks, I have an old puppy pen, I'm going to see if it will fit around a pool.

The watermelon bins can be made into different shapes too, they’re great! Just watch for the staples. I taped garbage bags to the bottom since bedding kept escaping a bit
