processing is not bad, I was able to do some of our by myself, start to finish. My first time doing it without any help, or me helping someone. After you get their heads off it is not bad, just have to think of them as food, not pets. Currently I have around 80 or so chickens and 10 turkeys, a lot of them will go to the sale to help pay for feed that will be needed over the winter, will only keep about 20 chickens and 5 turkeys over winter. Usually plant a deer food plot for the birds when the garden is finished in the fall, they sure do love that green stuff, some of the food plot is still going from last september in the turkeys area, some of the grains are seeding out, they love it.
