We will be hosting the 2nd Annual Intro to Freezer Camp, in Enumclaw WA. Please e-mail or PM me for the address. We will be teaching how to process meat birds for the freezer. We will hosting another Intro to Freezer camp a few weeks later for those that can't make it to the first one. The class will start around 11am and last until about 6pm. If any are interested and would want too, we could plan a simple potluck to provide a quick lunch.
