We got ours (a Hitachi brand) at the local hardware store for $79. A box of 5000 staples is $20... a pretty good deal in my opinion!

Yes a thousand times yes. That and I really hate those poultry net staples

They are great!! DH is a larger air nailer (shoots big nails)... that's what he built most of the coop with, but those won't work with the wire. We tried a regular hammer and fence staples... that was awful!!! My thumbs still hurt!! LOL That stapler is definitely the best purchase we've made in a while

Don't you know it!!! The fence staples (for the welded wire) were bad enough, but when we tried to use the poultry wire staples... I gave up... hardware store here we come

I really like this design, I think this would work well for my DS ducks, he needs separate breeding pens, etc. Thanks for posting so many pics and plans, very helpful to those of us who "cant be bothered with" plans.

I want to see the silkie chicks too!
