3 day old chick has lump on shoulder..should I be concerned?

What are you feeding them?
I feed them NatureWise chick starter! Is there a different feed you recommend instead? Also, when I separated this chick (her name is Forrest) from the others, she wouldn’t stop chirping in distress. I tried placing other chicks with Forrest in the separate brooder to stop the chirping, but all the other chicks started pecking at Forrest. So, I decided to place Forrest back with the other chicks in the original brooder. The other chicks leave Forrest alone now, but seeing her away from the others makes me sad. Is there a reason why they’d be avoiding her? Is this common?
Side Note: I put paper towels over the pine shavings to prevent them from eating it.

They'll separate when they are sickly. You're feeding them fine. I'm not sure what else you can do. Did you try to take away all food from that chick for 24 hours? If you're home, you can cart it around with you and it'll be quiet. I have put many a sickly chick in my bra. Lol. A little bit of oil might help break things up. Just a drop or two of olive oil. Make sure you give it water breaks once an hour or so if you're keeping the chick on you.

I kind of figured that’s why she’s separated from the others. I took away food for about 12 hours (didn’t do the full 24 due to the constant chirping). I’ll try putting her in my bra though, great idea! :) thanks for your help!
