When do you think I should put my quail in thier pen outside they are 3 or 4 weeeks old.

I'm here but i've been preparing a few things for them to eat. Like boiled egg yolk and juicing watermelon. They love the watermelon too. The oldest see's me put it in and has to come over while it's fresh to take a good drink. The youngest still isn't eating or drinking on his own but he is still really weak for some reason. So i am continuing with the egg yolk and antibiotic mixture with electrolytes as well. In the hopes that it will perk him up eventually. I got him to peck a little of the watermelon off my finger but that's really the only time i've seen him peck in over 4 hours. We've decided that we will raise either gamble or valley so now we're looking to see if we can find any chicks from a breeder close to us. Mainly because we need a better incubator setup and buying chicks will at least get us started. So next year we should be set up with the good equipment not just something that's been thrown together last min. I've been searching all night and all this morn finding someone with either breed of quail is hard where we're at i haven't even found any in Las vegas. But thank you all for asking. You are all awsome. I feel like i have a newborn baby at the moment with these guys though so i'll get back to you guys asap when i see ur posts.

We have a seed block outside that the quail absolutely love. We see the dad up on top watching out while the mama and babies eat it's so cute. We had to put branches up all around it though cause we have a chicken hawk that comes around and we don't want any of the little one's getting eatin lol.
