If you use saline (eye wash) to bathe the eyes, they will be more comfortable, especially if you apply the triple antibiotic ointment too. It's good that you are using Oxytet, but while you are waiting for your test results and/ or the vet, you might consider switching to Tylan. You can give it orally, but I am not sure what the oral dose is. If you search on here, you should easily find the oral dose. Injectible Tylan does work faster; you inject it in the breast muscle but again, you need to research the dose.

They may well have Coccidiosis and/ or worms too, which would account for the bloody droppings, but in cases where they have multiple problems, you need to deal with the most severe problem first, and that would be the respiratory issues, because that is probably what is killing them.
