3 ducks killed

So a week ago I woke up to 3 dead ducks. The first two were missing their heads and necks all the way to the breast but the breast was still in tacked The third one the skin was pulled off the neck and was pulled part of the way back out of the fence. All the ducks didn't have any noticeable marks on their body. I've tried to catch what was doing it but I woke up today to another one with no head. I'm trying to figure out what animal does this so I know what to look for and what to try and trap if I can. Anyone that may have a suggestion I would love to know what is doing this. These ducks are my pets my kids love these things.
