Hard to say, the picture is dark. It could be a prolapse vent. Need a better pic in color.

I am so glad she is doing well. How is the humidity inside the incubator now? Do you have to add more water yet? I think when I go in the next time I would listen to see if there is any peeps from the other two eggs. You may want to lightly tap with your finger nail and see if you feel any type of movement from inside or peeping. Also look to make sure its not trying to pip from under the egg. You may have to turn the egg and before long go in and help. But its dangerous to the new chick they can die if they have not absorbed the yolk sac completely yet and developed their lungs fully.
