3 laying 1 not!! What should I feed them

I have 4 rsl I think 3 of them are laying and 1 is not!! Should I offer growers pellets and layers pellets until I know all 4 are laying?

I would add 30% of egg layer to the diet and see if that kick starts the other pullet. Sometimes there is something lacking. I also put clam shell or oyster shell down for my pullets,m this is a good source of calcium for eggs shell health. I also think of the age of the pullet, sometimes a sex link can lay at 18-20 weeks while others lay a few weeks later. Good Luck!

Thank you!! My pullets are 17 weeks old I found the first egg at 16 weeks so it may be a good few weeks before the other starts to lay

I wasn't sure if it would harm the one not laying if she was eating layers pellets
