3 mo old pullet unstable and lethargic, not eating! HELP!!!!

Does she free range in any areas where she may have gotten hold of a rotten animal or fish carcass, or vegetation? Botulism is caused by a toxin found in those things. When you describe her neck turning to the side, does it seem like a spasm that could be wry neck or torticollis? Keep using the vitamins, especially B1 (thiamine) and E. Is she able to stand or walk? Is there any chance of lead poisoning? Here is some info about botulism and wry neck: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/diseaseinfo/19/botulism

Doesn't botulism also have loose feathers?

What does her poo look like?

Look into her eyes to see if there is anything unusual about them. Is the color of the iris (the colored part of the eye) the right color or gray, is the pupil on each side perfectly round, and is there any cloudiness in the pupil (the black part of the eye?)  Are the pupils normal in size or very tiny (pinpoint) or very large (dilated?)  You can shine a flashlight into the eyes to see if the pupils get smaller which is the normal reaction.  Does she have any leg weakness on one or both sides?  Is she mostly sitting or lying down?

No eye
Abnormalities.

She sits often like she would if she were laying. But she does walk around often too. I don't think it's leg weakness, maybe more unsteadiness bc she sure does kick when I attempt to syringe feed her now (which I am easing off bc she seems to be eating and drinking better).

The medicated chick crumbles don't always prevent coccidiosis. Only 2 out of the 9 or more known coccidia strains cause bleeding--the other 7 or so cause diarrhea. She is still in that age group that can get cocci, so just be on the lookout.
