We got this chicken at a local feed store and was told it was a hen but not so sure please help!!?

From what I see I would probably say cockerel, but, I'm no expert.

i need close photos of the face/crest and the lower back to the base of the tail where cockerels should have saddle feathers. from the current photo it look like a cockerel.
