Does anyone know when silkies generally start crowing if they are roos? I know it can vary but maybe a ballpark?

Thanks. I’ll keep checking if I hear anything. So far the only noises they make are their attempts to cluck since they’re in that half peep half clucking stage and they will cry if you separate themmine started around 16 weeks....I had 5 out of 14 cockerels. now down to 2 and they are getting noisy! they are almost 20 weeks now. lead cockerel has been attempting to mate my laying pullets but they are standards (RIR and BA) so he’s not quite big enough to get the job done yet.
Silkies are only good if you’re okay will a lot of roosters lol. That’s why my youngest I bought already DNA tested so I know she’s a pullet! We have a college aged girl that lives w us and she wants a silky- but we only want 1 or 2 not a dozen
It can vary SOO widely...Does anyone know when silkies generally start crowing if they are roos? I know it can vary but maybe a ballpark?
