3 of 5 Hens with pecking injury???

My head hen and her team of bullies like to peck the more submissive flock members in the combs and head when they're roosting at night right before dark until they bleed on their combs. Not sure how to fix that yet (I'm thinking of separating my flock), but could that be happening to your hens? I really, really need a game camera in my coop!

This happened this afternoon before bed time - blood seemed fresh... But I watched them settle in and will definitely be adding another roost - seems very tight tonight ...they have grown!

We use blink from Amazon - I have three just in and around the coop.
