3 week old chick wobbly

Hi everybody! And thank you in advance. I have six three week old chicks and five of the six are totally fine. One is wobbly on her feet. She is eating and drinking . I noticed she was often laying down. I added rooster booster to their water (that's what I had on hand) even though beforehand I had been adding electrolytes. Any advice is more than welcome. I will add a video.

What happened to your chick? Did she get better? I have 4 5.5week old chicks and 3 are totally fine and one is showing signs of what you describe. She seems almost drunk. Eating and drinking fine but wobbly and moving her head weird. Hopefully your chick ended up fine. I don’t know what this is
