3 week old chicks with bald shoulder - Concerned Mom

Ok all has been going great until yesterday we noticed our pullets (Partridge Cochins) have developed bald spots on its shoulders. we have them in a brooder at about 85 with our silkies and 3 wyandottes. Otherwise they seem in great spirits/health. Eating & drinking fine. Is normal - I noticed all the chicks are feathering differently??.

do u use heat plate. baby chick rub off fuzz may be?
