I have it set up so that the ducks can climb in and out without any trouble, I’ve seen them do it countless times.

As I said in my previous post it appears to be a soft tissue injury. Only you can correct any current predispositions in your setup that are causing them to limp - sit out there for a while and watch out to see if they are getting their feet caught in objects/ having a hard time walking over, and out of things, etc.
I think the injury occurred in my brooder set up which they are moved out of, I noticed her walk a bit strange when in it but it wasn’t obvious until they were outside. These injuries usually will resolve themselves over the course of a week or two.
