34 day old Blue Orpington pullet or cockerel???

Hi, my kids received their first baby chicks 31 days ago and they think 2 might be cockerels.
The pictures below are of their 1 Blue Orpington from a pullet run. We have done a great deal of research online but are relatively new with chickens and especially baby chickens.
From our research we think this little one might turn out more of a splash blue than a blue and with no tail feathers, shorter wings, and developing comb we think it might be a boy???
My kids will love the chicken regardless but my wife is pulling for a pullet. Can any of you help with pullet or cockerel?

Looks like a pullet to me, though Orpingtons can sometimes take a while to develop.
