I just know that first one out is a cockeral. Every hatch I have ever had the first out is always male.

I love the color of these chicks. Their feet are so pale and pinkish and their fluff is so brassy and shiney!

Ohhhhhh, so cute. I just can not wait until my broody hen hatches her chicks. It will be so fun to see what they all look like because they all have different breed moms but the same dad. I would love to add a couple buff orps and I do have a friend hatching some. By the time this season is over I think I am going to have wayyyyyy more than I bargained for. I am a chickaholic.
