I hope you get more chickens. Huskies have an extremely high prey drive and can be difficult to contain. If you keep him, reinforce the fence and bury some fencing also. If you decide to rehome him, there are Husky rescues out there that can proably place him. Even if you stop keeping chickens, your husband needs to realise that a free roaming Husky is a menace. If their are no animals to chase and kill on your property, he may start killing other people's. The dog needs adequate fencing and lots of exercise. Maybe you husband can take him on a daily run or something.
