38 Hours since first pip - nothing since - starting to worry!

When i held him he chirped back at me and stuck his beak out, but now there's a little blood -- what do I do??? Is he going to die now? I'm in tears...

Nope! itll be fine! Just dont go any further. He pipped realy early. The blood means he has hours and hours to go before hes ready to come out

you didnt hurt it any the blood will dry

Yes, if you see blood or yolk stop what you're doing and leave things alone from what I've learned! I think as long as they can breath they just need to rest and absorb

My eggs usually take like 2 whole days from external pip doing nothing. Then BAM!, next thing I know they just finish unzipping and come out while I'm not looking.

Still no progress but he peeps and looks like he's chewing. Then he rests. 54 hoirs since first pip. No blood by the whole so I open it up just a bit. I'll attach a pic. Thanks SO much for your help. I'd be freaking out with you all!
