I'm dogless right now....but I've been involved with hounds hunting things in my past life....there's nothing like hearing them worked up in the pen upon arrival and then seeing/hearing them work while on the hunt....real good blood pumping stuff......

I am planning to get another dog when our baby gets older....it's best to wait right now, she's very young yet

COOL....MY HUBBY AND I HAVE BEAGLES. YOUR RIGHT WHEN THEY START CHIMING IN THE BLOOD STARTS PUMPING. WE HUNT IN THE COLDEST PART OF WINTER AND TRIAL IN FALL AND SPRING. IT'S JUST AS FUN AS CHICKENS, PROBABLY 'CUZ WATCHING THE DOGS WORK IS NATURE, JUST LIKE WATCHING THE CHICKENS IS NATURE.
