Well, I had a great time in DC doing a little shopping today. Now I'm all ready for bed at Camp FEMA. I talked to DH earlier, he has 12 eggs under each of the 2 broodies. They seemed a little confused when he was shoving eggs under them instead of taking eggs away from them but hopefully they figured it out

I woke up this morning all eggcited to set my eggs, and what happens??? The power goes out

, and what else, I have chicks hatching (yesterday and) today.

Call the power company, power might be back on by 12:45. So we get dressed early and take incubator full of hatching chicks to mom's work before church. Dad staying home, so we called after church, still no power

So we go eat and finally we get a call at 2:30 that the powers finally on. So we go get chicks and head home. Didn't set my eggs til 3pm. Almost all of the chicks made it, had ti spray all still hatching because they shrinkwrapped. Apparently there was an accident in town(very small town) and almost the whole city was out of power. Suprized the church had power, idk what happened eggxactly, on heard there was an accident

18 Aracauna from Ray-n-Debi

13 from hot2pot

6 designer mutt eggs from tuthillNY

I'll get a picture 'cuz last time I incubated none hatched! None... I set a dozen and not one hatched. 3 died after internally pipping the rest were early quitters.

Please someone say some prayers for me, I don't know what I did wrong either.
