This week has been especially rough. She was supposed to be the bird I took to the fair this year but her sister will have to do. Not nearly as gentle on me but oh well. Miss you baby girl.

Thank you! It’s very stressful for me but I will persevere. I’m trying to have fun to no avail lol. I totally snapped at my mother today and I feel horrible.

I have to be honest I’m pissed at the world today. It occurred to me that she only got two weeks of freedom from those legs. And one week of that she was high on pain meds. Life sucks and really isn’t fair.

You showed a lot of strength. You could have sold her for sooooo much money, and then what? She would have had a terrible life. But thanks to you she lived the best life possible.
