4 month old Girls or boys?

I don't think you will need to separate them, they are all growing up together and should be fine so long as they have enough room and food. We have many roosters; bantams and larger with our hens and everyone gets along well.
Hard to tell what kind they are, if two of the eggs were blue, they may be part easter egger or americauna. You may have 2 pullets, just watch for spur buds to start growing, that can help you know boy or girl.

Thank you, I haven't seen anything of spurs yet, and no crowing yet either. I have held off posting the girl or boy thing hoping I might figure it out myself. Just getting itchy to know!

How old till they get the spurs?

When I go back out, I will try to get a better picture of the black one. Thank you
Well I did take some more pictures of the black one, non of them are any better than the ones I already shown. It is camera shy, can't shoot fast enough I guess. I will wait some more. Thanks everyone for your input. Really Thanks!

The black one is a cockerel also.

As for spurs, hens can have them too. You may or may not have to separate them. Just wait to see if they behave harass the hens to no end when they hit puberty.

A few more pictures..... So 3 out of 4 are roosters? View attachment 1589634 View attachment 1589635 View attachment 1589636
Could you get a clearer picture of the buff one in the back of the third picture?
So a couple more questions, if the 1 is a pullet any idea on breed? Well on any of them really, this is something I do for fun not egg production, I donate the eggs to a pantry. How old before the roosters have to be separated? I have 4 RIR or Isa Browns, 1 Buff Orph. 3 Bahama, 3 Amber linkView attachment 1589649 View attachment 1589650 (I think), these are my adult hens.
It's pretty hard to tell their breed from those pictures. The biggest buff cockerel appears to be a mix of mixes, maybe with some buff orpington or RIR in him. The black cockerel is probably an australorp mix. What type of comb do the other two buffs have? What color are their legs?
If you do end up separating the cockerels, here's an article that might help: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/rooster-flocks.72998/.
As for the breeds of the hens (if you were asking about them), you got them all correct. (The red hens are red sex links, AKA isa browns.)
