Normally, I would be exploding with happiness over three pullets. The only problem is I can’t find a single breeder nation wide to get a male or even a batch chicks from. Only Welp and Stromburgs sell them and they only sell 30 at a time. I would have a hell of a time rehoming 20 chicks in my area. From what I’ve seen, no one near me has even heard of them!Pullet
Can I have your luck??![]()
Is that 30 total, or 30 of that breed? Its always been easy to find folks to go in in orders with me to hit minimums.....I just post an ad on our local fb groups with the hatchery I intend to order from, the ship date(s) I want to use (to get the breeds I want) and within 24-48 hours we have enough to order. I place the order, ship to me and the others come get their chicks after arrival....Normally, I would be exploding with happiness over three pullets. Ohhhh, that’s smart! There’s a tiny minimum of 5 for the pyncheons. That’s a great idea. If I’m not able to find an older chick or cockerel by the end of the month, I’ll probably do that.Is that 30 total, or 30 of that breed?
