4 Month old Rooster or Hen?

I'm in denial but is there any chance
this will NOT be a rooster? It's approx 4 months Plymouth Rock (mix?). Its got some hackle and saddle feather development but its the same size as the other 4 month Plymouth hen. It is also darker, hasn't attempted to crow or shown spurs. Feedback welcomed.
