4 week EE

Is it too early to tell if my female sexed EE is infact a pullet? My other one is more even in coloring so feel safer on her

This is a good age. You do have a pullet.

I would guess its a girl, but, at 4 weeks there is still plenty of time to change. If this bird were mine, I'd put it in the pullet pile because of the demur color and small comb (usually male EEs with have a comb that has 3 rows of peas).
