4 week old chick has eye swollen shut, help?

I usually recommend only medicating the ones showing symptoms, but if you can't separate (and with chicks it's difficult) I would treat them all in the water.

Thank you for the advise! I ordered the Tylan from the feed store, it should be in today, but she looks completely normal now. Is it possible she just had something in her eye? No bad smell, runny poo, she is eating and drinking fine. Should I still treat just in case?

Maybe she got pecked in the eye? That's a pretty remarkable recovery. I would probably hold off with the meds for now.
