4 week old chick in distress

I have a 4 week old chick (RIR) that has a bloody toe that the other chicks are pecking at. The chick is now just sitting there letting the others go at it. What can I do?

First, separate her from the other chicks.

Do you have any Blue Kote? It will disinfect and cover the red, so hopefully the other chicks won't want to peck any more.
