4 week old chick sneezing

My 4 week old chick keeps sneezing what looks like water all over. It's been happening for about 3 or 4 days now. We've already had it on penicillin last week from a different infection so I'm hoping it doesn't have a neither infection. Do you think it could be how it drinks? Instead of dipping it's beak in at the top to drink. It drinks like a duck. Puts his nostrils all the way under. So I was thinking maybe it's getting water trapped back there. Idk what do y'all think?

I can't really tell, he's always drinking water so much it's hard to keep track of. So, i guess yes after he drinks.

Sorry this is such a late reply, his crop looks fine and isn't to empty or to big. So I don't really know what the problem is. Maybe he's just a weird chicken. We have ducks and he puts his whole beck and nostrils under the water like them. We changed his water thing to a smaller skinner one and it seems to be doing a little better with the sneezing water.
