4 week old chick wobbly and breathing heavy.

I have a 4 week old chick who started to act off yesterday. She hung off to herself yesterday and then today she's been walking a little wobbly. Whenever fresh food is placed in the coop she tries to wobble over and eat, but when the other chicks bump into her she falls to her side. She has been hanging out in the area that they sleep other wise and seems to be breathing heavily. Not sure if there is anything I can do for her as this is my first times having chicks. Any help would be appreciated.

The little chick seems to be getting worse. She is starting to gasp a little bit for air opening her mouth as she inhales. When held close she sounds congested. Called vet and they recommended giver her some Gatorade. Any other thoughts?
