4 week old gender guesses?

I hatched these three chicks about four weeks ago. They're a backyard mix from a friend (she had two roosters: a tolbunt polish and a blrw) and I know it's a bit earlier but I'm trying to decide which ones to keep and I already have one cockerel so I'm not really looking to keep another. There's two splash polish mixes and one..... well, it's white and not a polish! I'd love for there to be one pullet in the trio.

I think the first one might be a girl. The other two are probably boys.

1 looks like a possible pullet.
2 is likely a cockerel.
3, I am leaning cockerel but could be a quick developing pullet.
