4 weeks old chick having trouble breathing

Hi,

I have a chick that is four week old that has trouble breathing. She was out with her mama, hatchmate and co-mama and I noticed she was not behaving as usual. She has trouble breathing and does not make any sound, not a peep when I caught her and took her away from mama. She has not eaten in the hour I have watched her, she still walks and fly fine but is not as active as usual. Could it be cocci or is it something stuck in her throat? I haven't seen any dropping from her yet which worries me too.

Hi dalae,
It may be worth taking her to the vet. If she looks like she is using all her body trying to breathe in, she could have pneumonia. Antibiotics from the vet could help her there.
