41 degrees this morning!

I have a winter coop and a summer one. The winter coop has electricity, and I do heat it when it gets really cold. I like to keep it at about 45 degrees.
Plenty of folks around here don't heat their coops at all, but then you are certain to get some comb and wattle loss due to frostbite. My girls are too spoiled for that!
If it geets warm during the days I'll let them out to run around, but not all my chickens like to play in the snow.

How about when you are toweling off after a shower, and you start getting sticky again before you even get dry?

I heat my coop, but it still doesn't stop dummy roosters who decide to roost in trees in freezing whether from getting frostbit and losing his comb!!
