25 went into lockdown last night and this morning, set another 46 last night. Candled about 15 assorted eggs set for nyd... not a single bad egg even the silkies

Hello, all! Today I got two new Muscovy ladies- a blue and a chocolate I'll get pics tomorrow.

THANK YOU SO MUCH SALLY!! I will read over your notes more after dinner and then I think I can suck up enough courage to reach in there and check one out >_< At this point it has been nearly a little over 24 hours. I need to reach in and take out 2 more chicks that hatched earlier today so I might as well get it over with and see if the two leftover eggs are goners. I would LOVE to have a 100% hatch my first time around!!

Glad you enjoy the pictures. Yes we have a brooder house that has heat, a/c and running water in it. We have 7 floor stalls always available and multiple hanging brooder cages we can set up and take down as needed. Everything uses pellet stall bedding and ceramic heat lamps. Could have more brooder space but I also store all the feed in there, so we loose floor space to the cans. Our medicine cabinet is in there also.

I do know Tri's breeding, you asked to buy her dad already.

She is full sister to the splash gander you picked out earlier this year as well. he also has the two toned eyes, and is light and dark grey (no buff that I found yet)

I would love to see some pictures of your set-up, if you have some pictures already handy. Which one is her mother? Drooling...

VERY HANDSOME... Bet he is either Pekin mix or Magpie mix...or a mix of both LOL

He is such a character!

I just realized the incubator was turned off for the past 4 hours. I was cleaning out the largest of my aquariums to move in some new koi and while I was draining it, I turned off all of the power strips to stop the filters. I hadn't realized that my incubator was one of those plugs... Now I'm super nervous to candle tonight later tonight. What do you think their chances are? I can't believe this happened... 

I think the eggs are fine, you didn't mention if you opened the bator in those 4 hours...be better if you hadn't. But my guess is that they will all be fine, just maybe hatch a lil later?
