Glad to see all the just hatched pictures. Not sure who is winning on first chick but great effort w/ clock & chick pics.

Way to go Hurley on winning the baby pic. contest, great shot really funny and cute.

Saddly I have still ZERO activity in my bator, maybe inviting ppl to watch them hatch today jinxed it b/c the way it is going looks like I'll be a sad entrant for worst hatch = (

My only hope now is that since I only had the one thermometer maybe things were colder than I realized so they are slow? & I noticed several ppl who had nothing last night said they had Maran eggs too, so perhaps Marans then to hatch late ?? crossing fingers, trying to visualize the first pip any time now, and a bator full of hatching action in 1 hr 15 min when guests arrive...

DOES ANYONE CURRENTLY HAVE AN ONGOING HATCH CAM -- so my guest can watch some eggs hatch even if mine don't ?? THANKS...

Here's hoping your temps were running a little low and those chicks hatch out for your company. With all the good vibes they'll be bringing, I can see it happen!! Oh, and none of my LF have pipped, rocked, nothing yet. But I'm hopeful!!

Thank you everyone who watched his hatching with me to confirm his time. Little dude was in too much of a hurry though, and hatched at 11:30.

I literally have not slept ALL night!!

Hehehe, yeah, it gets easier. They often take quite a rest after pipping. This allows them more oxygen while still absorbing yolk. When they've absorbed what they need to, they'll start working those zips. Sounds like you'll have a bunch of chicks by tonight/tomorrow!

(Btw, on call last night, too, but didn't end up having to go in. Several calls...seriously hate being left hanging as I know the second my head hits the pillow that darn phone will ring back.)

Had 1 Hatch Over Night. And 1 pip right now.

Woke up to my little pip all hatched out! Hubby said he finally hatched at about 6:00 am.

That's actually pretty quick for my chicks, they usually take the full 24 from first pip to hatch!
