All animals need salt..if you are feeding just grains..adding salt is a must

I sprout BOSS and Whole Wheat

works great if done in little cloth bags..can be easily rinsed and inverted to let the chickens pick at the growing seeds. Good for winter bordome. Just invert the bag and tie it up a little high in the coop.

Now y'all got me thinking about alfalfa sprouts. Those I know I can grow. Just gotta find seeds...

Im getting so excited my broody is in the home stretch today is day 18 I beleave and they are serama so as early as tammrow could happen though it could be another four days

Tossing them in the deep litter is a great way to have them turn it for you too. Keeps bordome at bay in winter.
