4th injury to same chicken (Gross pics)

So the perches are high. We do have a ramp for them. Some use it, some don’t. The lowest one is about 3ft and the top one is about 4ft.
That doesn't seem to high. I'm not sure if there's a optimal height for perches. Some are alot higher than that. They are birds after all! But would it be worth lowering the higher perches or putting another ramp up. I'm just thinking if she hurt her neck or head the first time could she still be unsteady which could cause heavy, uneven landing? But as @casportpony says you need to keep her wound clean to stop infection.
