4week old chick has a swollen bottom!!!

I will try and clean it up more when I get home and get some better pics.

Not sure if it can poop yet. I just found her like this.

I put her in a separate pen with her own food and water for now.

If the vent scabbed over, the scab needs to be removed, period.

It isn't scabbed over. That scab looking thing in the picture is that piece of pine shaving that was stuck there. It has been removed.

Get some pictures when you get home. Don't do anything drastic until you can post them.
