Its a little early to tell but I'm almost thinking roo.
While the pictures aren't definitive, it appears to have more of a cockeral coloration.

I thought that the even pattern was more pullet? I have an olive egger with a comb like that and is the same age. I am rooting for a pullet, so I am guessing pullet.

It's a rooster
Is it just me or does it have a problem with it's right leg....it looks weird to me
I'm with you there. It looks to be larger and at a weird angle. Hope everything will turn out ok for the little one.
