I've got 6 chicks ranging from roughly 5-7ish weeks old. My coop is NOT as done as I wanted it to be due to picking up a new job, so everyone is still in the house. My problem is this morning everyone was fine and I walk in just a bit ago because they were being really loud and realized they've picked apart my favorite chicken.

She's raw all down her back, under her wings, around her neck. No way could she have done this to herself! I put her into a large box (to keep bedding contained) with food and water within a dog kennel and put a heat lamp on her (I figure stress + cold room would be bad), I don't know how or what to clean her with! She seems fine otherwise, eating and drinking but being that I do have attachment to this chicken (The only named one) I don't want her to die!

I'm about willing to bet money it's my Leghorns that are picking on her, they're a LOT bigger and I've seen them peck around on each other and the Sex Links. Especially my biggest female, she even pecks ME! Right now the days are in the midish 50's and nights go to the low 30's. I was planning to put up some insulation in the coop this week and have them out there by the weekend but now I just want them out NOW! (or at least the LH's) Will they be ok in a coop with no insulation or heat source if I move them out tonight? And again, what do I do about the pecked one?!
