5 chicks dying, help!?!!!

I have five chicks hatched by mums outside. I saw one looking like it couldn't breathe properly and has since worsened and it just sits gasping with its eyes shut. I've brought it in. But now all the other chicks are showing early symptoms. What can I do? I know chicks don't just recover.
Help?

I'm in the north of England.
The two worse chicks (now inside) are gasping, eyes mostly shut and look weak. The stronger one of the two can cheep a little and its poo was watery but has a full crop. The weaker one isn't eating. I don't like bringing them in because I know they won't eat as well when stressed but it seemed right.
I'm going to go buy some antibiotics so I can at least get in early with the remaining three who are much better but still sneezing.

I'm sorry I'm not sure what else you could try. If you don't get any more helpful responses you may want to try posting in the Emergencies/Diseases forum using your main symptoms as the thread title. Sometimes folks get faster/more helpful responses in that thread as this one has more newbies reading it.
